Litigation, Real Estate and Mortgage Experience
Our litigation practice includes contractual and commercial disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate disputes, mortgage enforcement and defence, debt recovery, family court proceedings and other contested matters.
We also assist with residential and commercial purchases, sales, refinancing, title transfers, private mortgages and related transactions. This combined transactional and litigation experience helps us identify potential problems and provide practical guidance when a property or financing matter becomes disputed.
We have represented clients at court locations throughout Ontario, including Toronto, North York, Mississauga, Brampton, Oshawa, Milton, Hamilton, Barrie and Simcoe.
