All new clients are required to schedule an initial consultation to start the legal process unless your matter is related to regular residential real estate closing or we advise otherwise. Our initial consultation is up to 90 minutes (one and one-half hours).
The purpose of the initial consultation is to review briefly your facts, circumstances and available documents, help you to understand various legal options, possible time and costs needed to resolve your issues. The initial consultation provides you with the opportunity to meet and get connected with your future lawyer, which is very important in the legal process. Remember, before you decide to retain a lawyer, it is very important that you feel connected, secured and trust the lawyer about handling your legal issues.
Any information and document you will share with us during the initial consultation will be private and confidential.
There is no obligation to retain our legal services after the initial consultation. Any work we do after the initial consultation, the cost will be based on our hourly rate.
