BOOKING INFO
To get started with our consultation process, all clients need to book a consultation with one of our lawyers.
The purpose of the consultation is to help you evaluate the overall fit with your lawyer, learn about the various legal methods available to you, and get a general idea about the estimated time and fees needed to resolve your legal issues. There is no obligation to retain our firm after the consultation, but we can move quickly with next steps if/when you’re ready to move forward with our firm.

QUESTIONS?
Currently, we are not accepting legal aid.
However, our hourly rate is very reasonable considering our years of experience and the quality of service we provide. Please feel free to book a consultation with us confidently and find out your options for your legal matter.
It depends on the areas of law you are seeking consultation. For any litigation matter, our consultation ranges from 60 to 90 minutes, and the consultation fee is much lower than our hourly rate. Consultation is a crucial step in the litigation process. It would be best to meet a lawyer to discuss and understand relevant facts, various legal options and possible costs and time to finalize the litigation process. Therefore, you should not take the consultation lightly; it helps you tremendously to decide whether or not you want to proceed with litigation or how to defend litigation.
For regular residential and commercial real estate transactions, free phone consultation of up to 10 minutes is available. Consultation fees will apply if you require more than 10 minutes.
After you call our law firm, you will be asked your name and the name of the person on the opposite side to conduct a conflict check. You will be asked about the nature of the legal service you are enquiring about and possible consultation fees if consultation is required. The day, time and location you prefer to schedule a consultation, we will try our best to accommodate you. In addition to our regular business hours, we offer consultation after business hours and on weekends, if possible.
If the client lives in Toronto, Peel, and York, we prefer to have a consultation in person so that you can explain your facts and objectives and understand the legal process properly. However, we can arrange a consultation via Zoom, Skype, or Whatsapp if you prefer a virtual consultation.
The information you will discuss, reveal, and disclose, we will hold it in strict confidentiality. We cannot discuss, reveal, or disclose your information with any third party without your permission unless we are required to do so by law. Please note that when the Law Society of Ontario (“LSO”) audits a lawyer, a lawyer is obligated to provide the name, contact details or any other relevant information LSO asks for.
